2011:  One of UR’s premier throwers, he played a valuable role in assisting the Bulldogs to their first SCIAC championship since 1964… Competed in 10 different meets, tallying eight top-three finishes… Got the season off to a hot start by winning the Discus at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 1 (3/5) with a mark of 141’… Chucked a personal-best distance of 45’ 9” in the Shot Put at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 2 on April 2, slotting in third place overall…  Ripped off a career-high mark of 137’ 9” in the Hammer Throw at Ashel Cunningham Track during the Redlands Invite (3/18)… Stepped up for the Maroon and Gray by earning important points at the SCIAC Championships (4/29-30) en route to garnering All-Conference honors with a season-best toss of 152’ 5” in the Discus for fifth place… 

2010:  Took his game to the next level during his sophomore campaign, playing a big role in the throws for the second-place Bulldogs… Opened up his second season with three top-10 performances by collecting third in the discus (135’5”), fourth in the shot (41’5”) and eighth in the hammer (124’2”)…  Notched two second-place finishes in the discus at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No.1 meet (115’5”) and the Redlands Invite (144’4”)…  Put together his best shot-put performance at the Rossi Relays on Feb. 27, hitting a distance of 43’5”… Crushed his previous best mark in the discus at the Pomona-Pitzer T&F Invite (4/10) by tossing it 148’1”… Earned All-Conference honors in the discus, taking home a fifth-place mark at the SCIAC Championships (4/30) with a 145’5” throw… Endowed Scholarship recipient… Dean’s List member… UR Scholar-Athlete…

2009: Continuously improved over the course of the season to become one of the team’s top options in the Shot Put and the Discus Throw… Finished eighth in the Discus Throw at the SCIAC Invitational (119’ 9”)… Notched his season-best mark in the Hammer Throw (109’ 1”) at the SCIAC Top-4 meet... He also finished eighth in the Shot Put (38’ 10 ¼”) and sixth in the Discus Throw (123’ 3”) at the SCIAC Top-4 meet… Placed among the top 10 in the Shot Put (42’ 4”, fifth) and the Discus Throw (128’ 1”, sixth) at the Redlands Invitational… Against a competitive field at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational, he recorded a season-best 43’ 2 ½” attempt in the Shot Put and finished 10th… Took ninth in the Shot Put (41’ 10”) and eighth in the Discus Throw (130’ 7”) at the SCIAC Multi-Duals… Enjoyed a standout performance at the SCIAC Championships, capturing sixth place in the Discus Throw with his farthest mark of the year (131’ 10”)… Gained a ninth-place finish in the Shot Put (41’ 2 ½”) at the Occidental Invitational… All-SCIAC in the Discus Throw…
